An Analytical Study of Organizational Immunity among Wood Badge–Holding Leaders in Iraq

In the first chapter the. researchers addressed. the significance of the study which lies in identifying. organizational immunity and its. role in the Scout Movement in general and in Scout and school activity departments in particular. The research problem on. the other hand, is represented by the role of organizational immunity as one of the most important pillars of the business environment. for all organizations due to its effective role in achieving. organizational success, It was found that. Scout and school activity departments. that possess organizational immunity are capable of accomplishing their. tasks and achieving work related achievements ,The study aimed to identify the level of organizational. immunity among Scout leaders working In Scout and school activity departments as well as to determine the normative levels of the organizational immunity scale for. Scout leaders holding the Wood Badge in the Republic of Iraq.The second chapter addressed the most important terms related to the title of the study. The third chapter. focused on the research methodology and field procedures, where the researchers adopted the descriptive approach. The research Sample consisted of Scout leaders holding the Wood Badge in the Republic of Iraq. The field procedures included constructing the scale, establishing normative scores, and identifying the normative levels.In the fourth chapter the researchers discussed and analyzed the. results of the study. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the researchers concluded by identifying the levels of the scale. As for the recommendations, the researchers recommended generalizing the study results to Scout and school activity departments and conducting similar studies on Scou .
