Abstract

 The importance of the research is evident in the preparation of standardized training at high speeds of competition to raise the efficiency of the nervous and muscular systems, maintain continuous speed of performance, and achieve the best performance. Through the researchers' experience in the field, there is a weakness in some biomotor abilities and lactic capacity that still constitutes an obstacle to maintaining speed of performance, especially in the last meters of the race. Therefore, the researchers decided to prepare special training at high speeds of competition to develop biomotor abilities and raise the efficiency of lactic capacity. The population was defined as elite runners for the 110-meter hurdles event for the 2025 sports season, and their number was (8) runners. The sample was divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, and each group was (4) runners. The researchers recommended conducting similar studies for different age groups and for both genders.
